Palate full bodied sparkling. creamy,length of palate, lovely,restrained and mineral acidity,dry
Cellaring drink now, wine aged on yeast for 24 months
Serve 6-10C, very cold kills the autolysis aromas
Food serve on occasions which call for celebrations, or with memories, with fresh parmesan,anchovy-stuffed olives, nori egg rolls, delicate steamed seafood balls or simply with pre-meal favourites
